STEP 1:
Please provide us (iro_nlu@hcmuaf.edu.vn or tranphuoc@hcmuaf.edu.vn) the following documents/information for your visa
1- A copy of passport
2- Flight e-tickets or copy of flight tickets (flight to and from Vietnam)
3- A brief CV (some basic information only)
4- The Vietnamese Embassy at WHAT LOCATION that you will get your visa
5- Your schedule during in Vietnam
6- Invitation letter (from Nong Lam University-HCMC)
7-Recommendation letter (from your institution/employer)
8-Period of staying in Vietnam?
9-Entries requested: Single or Multiple?
After around 15 business days, we will send you the visa approval.
STEP 2:
After getting the visa approval from us, you should print them out and then show them to officers at the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate in your country to get the VISA.
